Thank you Lord for the spring rains-
For new seasons to remind us our circumstances are too,
only for a season
For new mercies each day
For little giggles and smiles and cuddles
And soft bellies that speak of precious innocence
You said Your kingdom belongs to such as these
I continue to marvel at this truth
Thank you for your Body
Which prays, carries burdens, stands with and for each other
When we are too tired to stand
Thank you for white wings that cover
That make aches resolve
And lightens the load
Thank you for family
That stays, that prays, that endures
And loves and lives to the end.

HEY! So cool that you have a new blog!!! The poem is beautiful, and I'm glad to have a view into what you're thinking and doing. Funny, though, I never thought that your xanga blog was just Jee's blog, but come to think of it, you haven't been writing on there much these days, eh.
ReplyDeleteBTW - can't believe Eliz's glasses were $200. Craziness! Love you! - Faith
